Qualifications

• Solid understanding and background leveraging the Scrum Framework and principles of agility in IT development team environment.
• Building high performing teams that utilize inspect and adapt loops to continuously learn and improve
• Critical and creative problem-solving skills
• Present teach, mentor, and facilitate at multiple levels of the organization, particularly inside of a technical team environment
• Application of systems analysis techniques and procedures related to modernization initiatives
