Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Scrum Master to join their team in Central Connecticut, preferably onsite but can be remote for the right candidate. The project focuses on replacing an ERP system and organizing the business program while coordinating data conversions and integrations with asset management software.

The Scrum Master will facilitate agile ceremonies, daily standups, and drive backlog clarity and cross-functional collaboration, with emphasis on accountability and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 8-10 years as a Scrum Master.
• Experience overseeing 2 agile teams.
• Experience with Jira or Rally.
• Experience with SAP integrations.
• Knowledge of Maximo and Azure.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies and daily standups.
• Identify roadblocks and improve sprint outcomes.
• Drive backlog clarity and metric-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with technical leads to ensure commitments are met.
