Job summary

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is seeking a Scrum Master to support the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center at Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio. In this role, you will execute Scrum ceremonies and guide teams in Agile methodologies, promoting quality practices and collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have 10 years of acquisition experience, SAFe Scrum Master certification, and the ability to work effectively within dynamic environments. An active Top-Secret clearance with SCI and SAP eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• 10 years acquisition experience.
• Current SAFe Scrum Master / SAFe Advanced Scrum Master Certification.
• Experience working on classified and/or special access programs.
• Familiarity with FedRAMP, NIST 800 53, or Zero Trust principles.

Responsibilities

• Execute Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand ups, sprint planning, and reviews.
• Identify, track, and remove impediments that block team progress.
• Provide coaching and actionable guidance to team members.
