Qualifications

Responsibilities
Plans, leads, organizes, and coaches cross-functional teams on Agile practices.
Coordinates and facilitates sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives.
Acts as a communication hub between management and development teams.
Skills
Knowledge of multiple agile development methodologies and frameworks
Experience using agile tools, including Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence
Leading teams
Understanding of the basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development
PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent certification preferred
