Job summary

Invesco is seeking a Scrum Master / Project Manager in the Houston area to lead one or more Scrum teams within the Finance systems portfolio. You will guide Agile practices, coordinate across cross-functional teams, and drive efficient delivery in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires facilitating ceremonies, partnering with Product Owners, and removing blockers to ensure timely releases and continuous improvement across projects.

Qualifications

• Must work in fast-paced releases every 2–4 weeks.
• Experience sizing techniques in agile.
• Improve team maturity and velocity.
• Familiar with SharePoint and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Scrum or project teams.
• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews.
• Collaborate with Product Owner to backlog.
• Identify and remove impediments.
• Coordinate UAT testing.
• Drive delivery improvements (CI, automated testing).
