Job summary

McKesson Corporation's Ontada organization seeks a Scrum Master (P3) to lead end-to-end delivery for a single scrum team within a regulated enterprise setting. You will align product, engineering, UX, QA, and release management to deliver on sprint and release objectives.

The role requires 4+ years of agile delivery experience, a Certified Scrum Master or equivalent, and strong executive communication skills. This hybrid position is on-site at the Las Colinas office with remote work options.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in agile delivery.
• Experience leading a Scrum team in regulated environments.
• CSM or equivalent certification.
• Strong executive communication with Directors and VPs.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery accountability for a single scrum team.
• Establish and operate the delivery model, including sprint cadence and release coordination.
• Facilitate all agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
• Coach the Product Owner and team on scope, sizing, dependencies, risks, and acceptance criteria.
• Define sprint and release scope based on prioritization and capacity.
• Lead planning across product, engineering, UX, QA, and release management.
• Manage prerelease planning and release scope statements; assess capacity and risks.
• Maintain Jira updates and enforce DoR/DoD; update runbooks as required.
• Lead non-prod rooms for time-sensitive issue resolution in prep for releases.
• Ensure PV updates with project attributes; monitor weekly time-tracking.
