• Experience guiding teams in the Agile methodology, supports team rules, facilitates productteam's progress toward team goals, leads, facilitates meetings, eliminatesblockers, promotes Agile quality practices, builds a high performing team,coordinates with other teams, supports ROM and level of estimateactivities and provides team with feedback and means of improvement whileserving as a resource to answer questions.
  
• Experience Leading regular agile sessions to encourage collaboration, transparency, andinnovation such as team scrums, sprint planning, user demonstrations.
  
• Ability to advisegovernment personnel on incremental changes that could lead to continuousimprovement in products, services, and/or standardization of processes.

This range is based on our market pay structures. However,individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but notlimited to: local market conditions, and candidate qualifications, such asskills, education, and experience. A reasonable salary range for this positionis $100-145k.
