Job summary

RayzeBio is seeking a Senior Scientist to drive end-to-end technology transfer and manage CDMO partnerships for radiopharmaceutical programs. You will liaise with Regulatory, Quality, and Clinical teams to ensure compliant, on-time transfers from development to clinical manufacturing, domestically and internationally.

The role demands strong project management, CMC proficiency, and GMP awareness, with hybrid, office-based work and ~25–30% travel.

Qualifications

• Education requirements: BSc with 7+ years, MSc with 5+ years, or PhD with 2+ years in a related field.
• Experience in technology transfer, CMC, or manufacturing operations preferred.
• Experience managing CDMOs and contract manufacturing relationships across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology transfer for radiopharmaceutical products.
• Manage CDMO relationships and ensure quality, regulatory, and delivery standards.
• Coordinate clinical supply chain and align with Regulatory, Quality and Clinical teams.
• Develop and manage technical transfer packages and regulatory CMC documents.
• Oversee project plans, risk registers, and cross-functional execution.
