Qualifications

• Understanding of validation processes within the assigned technical area.
• Familiarity with the clinical trial process and dependencies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Perform scientific reviews of customer documentation to determine testing capabilities.
• Partner with external laboratories to expand testing capabilities and support feasibility assessments for new testing protocols.
• Collaborate with Business Development to develop proposal documentation outlining testing locations, parameters, timelines, and logistics.
• Support post-award changes to testing parameters, logistics, and sample management with Project Services.
• Lead scientific initiatives and process improvement projects with troubleshooting guidance and technical expertise.
• Contribute to CAPA investigations, deviations, and resolution activities supporting quality, Six Sigma, and safety initiatives.
