Job summary

Avidbio is seeking a full-time Scientist in Process Analytical Support to join their Costa Mesa team. The candidate will focus on analytical testing to support cell line and formulation development and will be responsible for overseeing laboratory work and mentoring team members.

The ideal individual will possess a B.S. or M.S. in a relevant field, at least 5 years of industrial experience, and proficiency in key analytical techniques. Competitive salary ranging from $102,400 to $125,100 annually is offered, along with benefits for a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial experience.
• Demonstrated ability in competent execution and recording of scientific experiments.
• Experience in characterization of glycoproteins, specifically mAbs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute analytical testing to support development.
• Oversee experimental responsibilities and review reports.
• Advise team members in laboratory experimentation.
