Job summary

Nestlé USA in St. Louis is seeking a Scientist to support the development of new products and processes from concept through commercialization. You will plan and execute trials, collaborating with Marketing, Manufacturing and vendors to drive innovative, safe, and high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Food Science or related discipline.
• 5+ years’ experience in product development, food industry or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and perform trials and experiments to deliver development projects meeting regional needs and GSBU requirements.
• Provide product/technical input within R&D Network and with Marketing, Manufacturing, vendors for low complexity projects.
• Participate on project teams, assisting with hand-offs from development through start-up and training.
