ProBio proactively provides end-to-end CDMO service from drug discovery to commercialization with proactive strategies, professional solutions and efficient processes in cell and gene therapy (CGT), vaccine, biologics discovery and antibody protein drug to accelerate drug development for customers. ProBio’s total cell and gene therapy solution covers CMC of plasmid and virus for IND filing as well as clinical manufacturing and commercial manufacturing. Position: Senior Scientist in AI & Big Data Center

Location: Malaysia(Remote)/ Nanjing, China(Onsite)

Role & Responsibilities

• Be responsible for bioinformatics projects;
• Develop the web-based tools or standalone tools for synthetic biology, protein engineering and antibody engineering;
• Develop algorithms to assist customers in solving technical barriers;
• Data mining (including deep learning) and analysis on synthesis related data;

Qualifications

• PhD Degree in bioinformatics or deep learning, with at least three years of experience in algorithm/model development;
• Knowledgeable in the field of molecularbiology or protein;
• Proficiency in Python/Java/C++.
• Proficiency in Pytorch/Tensorflow.
• Preferable if the candidate has experience in natural language processing and large language model.
• Preferable if the candidate has experience in pre-trained language models and generative AI;
• Preferable if the candidate has experience in algorithm, software and pipeline development;
• Proactively participating in collaborative and innovative projects;
• Having a keen sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and good communication and teamwork skills.
