Role:

Senior Scientist in Biologics Conjugation Commercialization, focusing on establishing and optimizing lab scale-down models and startup of conjugation processes for biologics.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Bachelor's (6+ years)
• Master's (4+ years)
• or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, or related fields
• expertise in conjugation chemistry, process development, and GMP
• experience with laboratory start-up, high-containment labs, and process scale-up for biologics, particularly ADCs
• skills in project management, equipment troubleshooting, and data analysis tools

Preferred:

• experience in pilot or commercial biological manufacturing, regulatory filings, and capital project execution
• familiarity with CMMS software, root cause analysis, and potent compound handling
