Job summary

ERG seeks a senior scientist/engineer to support our work for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). We support research projects for federal and non-profit clients and seek support on projects focused on characterizing hazardous waste sites and evaluating remedial alternatives.

The position will involve close collaboration with diverse practices across ERG. Responsibilities include supporting EPA and partner organizations, reviewing site documents, performing modeling, and producing

Qualifications

• Ph.D. plus 5 years of hazardous waste remediation experience.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.
• Applied experience with quantitative research activities in an academic or professional setting.
• Experience developing written products for technical and non-technical audiences.
