Job summary

Regeneron is seeking a Sr. Scientist to join the Process Development team within the Drug Product Development and Technology department in Tarrytown, NY.

You will plan and execute DP process development activities, develop cross-scale models, support risk assessments, and lead technology transfer to manufacturing sites while helping build in-house capabilities. Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field.
• 0–3 years of industry experience for PhD; MS with 8+ years; BS with 10+ years.
• Strong publication record.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead DP process development activities for unit operations across programs (siRNA and mAb focused).
• Develop cross-scale models bridging lab and manufacturing.
• Characterize unit operations to enable seamless tech transfer.
• Set up in-house DP process development capabilities with lab layout and equipment.
• Design, execute and document formulation, fill and finish studies.
• Prepare internal/external publications, patents, and regulatory documents.
• Contribute to guidelines, protocols, reports and risk assessments.
• Present work at group and cross-functional meetings.
• Identify and implement new technologies to improve DP capabilities.
