Job summary

Responsibilities

• Independently propose, direct and perform scientific experiments with predefined project goals and develop new methodologies.
• Collaborate with process chemists to accelerate reaction optimization using digital tools.
• Develop and implement machine learning and Bayesian optimization models.
• Build predictive models to reduce experimental effort and improve process understanding.
• Lead and mentor laboratory staff and manage project progress toward milestones.
