Responsibilities

• Perform analyses in molecular biology, cell biology, and virology test areas of Biopharmaceutical Services
• Review and evaluate raw data for acceptability, ensuring accuracy and reliability of results
• Set up and validate new analytical or related processes used by the department
• Learn and apply molecular biology technology to support R&D efforts
• Design and execute experiments to investigate cellular and molecular mechanisms
• Maintain detailed laboratory notebooks and electronic records of all procedures and results
• Analyze and interpret experimental data using statistical methods and software tools
• Prepare technical reports, summaries, and presentations of research findings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project goals and timelines
• Troubleshoot and optimize experimental protocols to improve efficiency and reproducibility
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory guidelines in the laboratory environment
• Contribute to SOP development and best practices
• Participate in regular team meetings and scientific discussions to share knowledge and stay updated on project progress
