Qualifications

• Ph.D., MSc, or B.S. in analytical chemistry, chemistry, biochemistry, or related field with 3/6/11 years of relevant industry experience.
• Proven experience leading and managing programs in process analytical development settings.
• Strong expertise in chromatographic and electrophoretic assays and ELISA.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-process analytical method development for biologics programs.
• Develop, transfer, and sustain high-throughput analytical methods using AQbD.
• Collaborate with Analytical Development, Quality, Compliance and Stability teams.
• Support method transfer, lifecycle management, and documentation in labs.
• Validate and integrate automation platforms into analytical methods.
• Mentor team members and interns on analytical and automation technologies.
• Evaluate new tools and vendor solutions for labs.
