Job summary

Serán BioScience in Bend, Oregon, is expanding its GMP manufacturing analytic development program and seeks a Senior Scientist to lead method development, validation, and transfer for small molecule products across development to commercial readiness.

You will partner with QC/QA, Process Development, and Project Management to deliver high-quality data for CMC decisions, supporting regulatory documentation and strategy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related field with 10 years of hands-on lab experience.
• Master’s degree in chemistry or related field with 8 years of hands-on lab experience.
• Requires 5 years of GMP experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize analytical methods across development to manufacturing.
• Lead method validation and transfer planning.
• Support GMP QC labs and investigations.
• Generate high-quality data for CMC decisions.
• Prepare technical reports and regulatory-ready docs.
• Collaborate with QC, QA, Process Development, PM.
• Provide SME leadership in analytical development.
• Maintain GMP training certification.
