Job summary

Lumanity seeks a Scientific Director/Senior Scientific Director to lead the Scientific Services team within the Medical Strategy and Communications division. You will oversee high-quality deliverables and act as a strategic partner to clients in the oncology space, guiding medical communications strategy through regulatory challenges.

The role emphasizes leadership of medical writers, timely project delivery, and collaboration across client accounts to drive impactful medical affairs output.

Qualifications

• PhD, PharmD, or MD required.
• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a medical communications agency setting, preferably in oncology.
• CMPP preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of medical writers and ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects.
• Oversee the development of high-quality deliverables aligned with strategic objectives for Medical Affairs/Publications accounts.
• Serve as a strategic partner to clients and provide leadership within the Scientific Services department.
