• Review manuscripts accepted for publication in journals and abstracts for presentation at meetings.
• Develop news releases, media pitches, and multimedia assets to promote research and guidelines.
• Collaborate to select abstracts for promotion and prepare talking points for authors and experts.
• Lead development of news kits for scientific meetings, including releases with expert quotes and FAQs.
• Coordinate with Senior Director and VP on traditional and social media and institutional channels.
• Develop strategic communications plans and media opportunities to promote cardiovascular and brain health science.
