Job summary

Macs Facility Solutions is seeking a Senior Cleaner to join our Philadelphia school cleaning team. You will lead and coordinate daily priorities, perform hands-on cleaning in classrooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas, and ensure safety and client standards are met.

Ideal candidates bring prior cleaning experience with possible team lead exposure, strong English and Spanish communication, reliability, and the ability to work independently or with a team while passing a school background

Qualifications

• Previous professional cleaning experience; team lead experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently or with a team.
• Ability to successfully pass a school background check.

Responsibilities

• Communicate shift priorities and keep daily work on track as directed by manager.
• Inspect completed work, help team members, and support new-hire training.
• Partner with the manager to uphold cleaning, safety, and client standards.
• Perform hands-on cleaning in classrooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Monitor supplies, report shortages, and help maintain a safe, organized workplace.
