Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Four years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience coordinating complex processes and working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and academic regulations.
  • Experience providing training, guidance, and customer service to diverse constituents.
  • Ability to independently manage competing priorities and resolve issues with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrator for the CFAES master schedule within SIS.
  • Coordinate course scheduling with academic departments and schools.
  • Maintain, update, and audit course offerings for accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide guidance and training to scheduling contacts and faculty.
  • Collaborate with units to resolve scheduling conflicts and implement changes.
  • Act as liaison between CFAES, University Registrar, and scheduling partners.
  • Analyze and resolve scheduling issues using established policies and judgment.
  • Lead or support implementation of new scheduling systems and processes.
  • Manage classroom scheduling and utilization for instructional spaces.
  • Develop and maintain scheduling resources and documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement in course scheduling and catalog management.
  • Provide administrative and technical support to Academic Programs initiatives.
  • Support student records processes, program assessment, data management, and reporting.
