Job summary

Kiewit is seeking a Senior Scheduler to partner with engineering and construction teams to develop, manage, and maintain comprehensive project schedules. This role is based at the Homer City site with relocation provided.

You will build, update, and analyze schedules as milestones are achieved and changes occur, ensuring visibility to stakeholders. The position requires 8+ years of scheduling experience, strong cost control knowledge, and proficiency in Excel and Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction scheduling experience, including leadership of scheduling teams
• Advanced knowledge of construction engineering concepts, standards and interdependencies
• Working knowledge of cost control methods used in EPC, joint ventures, lump sum, time & material
• Proficiency in Excel, Primavera P6 and company-specific software
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related discipline preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules from planning through construction
• Analyze schedule impacts from design changes and schedule slippages and report updates to management
• Coordinate development and maintenance of discipline and project schedules with project teams
• Prepare standard progress reports and narratives for schedule submittals
• Interface with clients, owners and representatives to ensure schedule alignment
• Support bid schedule creation per client requirements
• Monitor contract document requirements for schedule adherence and change orders
