Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of scheduling experience on large-scale construction projects.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting data center, mission-critical, or hyperscale infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software.
  • Experience with integrated master schedules (IMS), strong CPM analysis, reporting, earned value, and schedule quality review experience.

Responsibilities

  • Establish end-to-end conceptual and summary schedules aligned to specifications, WBS standards, templates, and industry best practices.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and facilitate planning sessions for schedule alignment.
  • Ensure GC develops fully integrated baseline schedules by reviewing Basis of Schedule documents and ensuring CPM compliance.
  • Identify and manage critical paths, peak resource periods, and scope integration within IMS.
  • Own schedule quality by auditing Primavera P6 schedules (DCMA 14-point checks) and improving schedule effectiveness.
  • Lead schedule reporting and execution support with regular performance reviews and status communications.
  • Track progress, out-of-sequence work, and procurement impacting schedules and dates.
  • Prepare independent schedule analyses and forecasts including completion dates, costs, risks, and EV metrics.
  • Identify schedule issues and propose mitigation plans in coordination with leadership.
  • Produce deliverables like narratives, health reports, milestones and procurement reports with data integrity.
  • Flexible: work location may include remote, onsite client, or Accenture office.
