Job summary

S&B is seeking a Senior Scheduler to lead scheduling for large EPC projects or alliance programs. You will act as the SME in project planning, schedule analysis, and integration, guiding project teams and management on complex schedules and risk mitigation.

Qualified candidates have 12+ years of EPC scheduling experience, expert use of Primavera P6 and MS Project, and strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate across functions.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of integrated master schedules, resource planning, and project control processes.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Plans, schedules, coordinates and oversees the work of all Project Controls personnel.

EDUCATION

Normally requires a four-year technical degree.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 12 years of EPC, alliance or construction project scheduling experience with complex projects.
• Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and scheduling analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of integrated master schedules, resource planning, and project control processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with schedule risk analysis, earned value management, and large-scale EPC project reporting.

This role requires flexibility and a strong commitment to travel, as candidates must be willing to accept field assignments based on project needs and demand.
• This requires the ability to stand, walk, reach, climb and balance. It also requires clear, close and distance vision, depth perception and the ability to focus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Field assignment will require exposure to outdoor weather conditions, loud noise, working near moving mechanical parts, vibration, fumes, toxic or caustic chemicals and airborne particles.
• Successful candidates will demonstrate a solid work ethic, adaptability, and the ability to perform effectively in dynamic field environments.
