Enhanced Staffing is seeking an experienced Senior P6 Scheduler to support a large-scale hyperscale data center construction project in Santa Teresa, New Mexico. This position will provide senior-level scheduling and project controls support, including schedule development, contractor oversight, critical path analysis, progress monitoring, forecasting, and schedule risk mitigation. The underlying role also emphasizes independent schedule oversight, GC compliance, and owner-representative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze detailed Primavera P6 schedules.
• Review GC/EPC schedules, baselines, updates, critical paths, and schedule compliance.
• Monitor progress, identify delays and schedule risks, and develop recovery/mitigation strategies.
• Perform schedule analysis, forecasting, and progress reporting for project stakeholders.
• Coordinate with project management, contractors, engineering, construction, and client teams.
• Provide senior-level schedule guidance and communicate project impacts to client stakeholders.
