Candidates should have a Bachelor's in electrical engineering and over 5 years of experience in RF/microwave circuit design. Responsibilities include simulating communication systems and collaborating with various engineers. The role offers a salary range of $165,000 to $225,000 per year along with comprehensive benefits including stock incentives and generous vacation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of research and/or industry experience in RF/microwave circuit design.
• 1+ year of experience with 3-D EM simulation tools.

Responsibilities

• Simulate and model communication systems.
• Collaborate with system architects and engineers to partition functions.
• Assess feasibility of design options to support architectural definition.
• Derive top-level specifications for RF links and subsystems.
• Characterize and analyze system performance.
