Job summary

Accenture in Virginia is seeking a Program Management Lead for SAP transformations. You will orchestrate multi-workstream delivery, align scope, schedule, budget, risks, and outcomes across global teams, guiding executives through decisions and ensuring readiness.

You will lead phase gates, manage dependencies, champion AI-enabled delivery, and build trusted client relationships while shaping delivery strategies and supporting sales pursuits. Travel up to 100% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• SAP S/4HANA transformation expertise required.
• Experience managing programs of $5M+ in total project value.
• Proven ability to lead integrated program delivery across multiple workstreams.
• PMI-ACP/PMI-PMP/PRINCE2 or agile/hybrid delivery credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish fit-for-purpose program governance, operating models, delivery frameworks, and tools for large SAP transformations.
• Serve as the Program Management Lead, providing day-to-day leadership across all program workstreams.
• Own and maintain the integrated program plan, managing critical path activities and dependencies.
• Lead phase gate and readiness management with evidence-based go/no-go decisions.
• Drive alignment across functional, technical, deployment, testing, data, and change teams.
• Establish and lead executive governance forums for client and Accenture leadership.
