Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC seeks a SAP TPM for Manufacturing/Quality to own SAP S/4 Manufacturing, Quality, and Planning backlog, coordinating with business stakeholders and engineering teams to plan, deliver, and deploy product capabilities.

You will lead cross‑functional change management, define acceptance criteria, and ensure successful SAP program delivery with measurable business value across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams and release schedules.
• Bachelor's degree and roadmap ownership experience.
• Experience owning feature delivery and engineering discussions.
• Experience representing customers in executive prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements with PMT and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with SAP Developers, Functional designers, security, and admins.
• Build project plans and sprint schedules considering bandwidth.
• Manage dependencies and unblock the team to meet dates.
• Identify risks and drive issue resolution.
• Coordinate training and Change Management for adoption.
• Earn trust from engineering teams and leadership.
• Set up Jira and tools for project and sprint cadence.
