Job summary

Atos SE is seeking a Senior SAP Techno-Functional Consultant (S/4 ABAP) to drive solution design and integration across MM, VMS, SD, and FI. You will bridge onsite stakeholders and offshore teams, ensure high-quality deliverables, and lead requirement elicitation and sizing.

Based onsite in High Point, NC with frequent cross-functional collaboration, you will optimize SAP landscapes, implement automation, and coordinate with Basis and Security teams to meet timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in S/4 ABAP and FI
• Experience in SAP technical deliverables including enhancements, interfaces, and integrations
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent stakeholder management and onsite–offshore collaboration
• Experience with automation approaches/tools in SAP environments

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement elicitation, analysis, and approvals with business and technical stakeholders.
• Perform impact analysis, effort estimation, and sizing for development, support, and change requests.
• Ensure high-quality SAP technical deliverables with defect-free production deployments.
• Participate in design and code review sessions, enforcing coding standards and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to implement automation frameworks within the SAP landscape.
• Coordinate with offshore teams for task assignment, clarification, deliverable reviews, and issue resolution.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and scope creep, driving mitigation strategies.
