Job summary

EY is seeking a SAP-focused delivery leader to guide complex engagements across SAP S/4HANA, BTP, and related technologies. You will drive delivery quality, risk management, and client satisfaction while coordinating across multidisciplinary teams.

You will manage budgets, resources, and timelines, and travel up to 60% to meet clients and oversee implementations. A bachelor’s degree with substantial consulting experience and SAP expertise is required, with preference for a master’s degree.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Typically 5–7 years of relevant consulting experience with SAP S/4HANA, migrations, and system integrations.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment is expected.
• Solid hands-on experience with SAP BTP across development, integration, and analytics use cases.
• Familiarity with SAP RISE operating model, including GROW and hosting options.
• Proven ability to lead technology teams and coordinate with vendors to deliver enterprise-scale solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis.
• Accountable for program and project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
