Job summary

Lumen is seeking an experienced Sr Lead Solution Architect in Texas to shape AI-ready connectivity solutions for enterprise and government clients. You will drive strategic discovery, design end-to-end architectures, and present technical proposals to executive stakeholders.

This role requires deep domain knowledge in supply chain-enabled architectures and a track record of delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or equivalent education and experience.
• 10+ years of Supply Chain/P2P experience including at least one full lifecycle S/4HANA Supply Chain transformation, OR 8+ years of similar experience with a master’s degree.
• Familiar with Flexible workflow, reverse logistics, serialization, ATP, Vertex tax engine, SAP BTP, standard APIs, EDI, and MDG.
• Module Integrations with core elements along with data exchange with other applications.
• Proven track record of architecting complex, end-to-end supply chain landscapes—integrating SD/OTC, MM/P2P, EWM, and PS—while aligning technical solutions with overarching business objectives.
• Ability to lead & engage in technical workshops, and solution discussions with Business and IT Stakeholders.
• Ability to methodically understand and resolve complex issues.
• Ability to work independently, or as part of a team to build complex customer solutions.
• Must be able to build strong team relationships and easily transfer technical information.
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be very detail-oriented and demonstrate a high degree of accuracy.
• Attention to detail with good organizational capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize with good time management skills.
• Experience with Developing and Performance Tuning Large-Volume, Scalable Solutions
• Exposure to or Experience with AI Technologies

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs through strategic discovery, utilizing technical thought leadership, and deliver a technical solution that adds business value.
• Design end-to-end architecture flows covering Procure to Pay and Order to Cash, keeping integrations and data flow current.
• Enable application support, maintenance and vendor patching through robust architecture.
• Lead business meetings and present technical proposals with appropriate business acumen.
• Craft and propose solutions that meet business requirements and objectives with meaningful ROI.
