Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of relevant experience, or an associate degree and 12 or 14 years of relevant experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
• 10–12 years of related experience.
• 2+ years of Special Access Program (SAP) experience.
• Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) counts toward no more than 5 years of experience.
• TS/SCI clearance and willingness to obtain CI Poly.

Responsibilities

• Ensure strict adherence to NISPOM, its Supplement, the DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy.
• Develop and execute policies for safeguarding SAP, SCI, and collateral data.
• Provide day-to-day security support and assess procedures for improvements.
• Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks to testing and operations.
• Develop, implement, and train the Operations Security program.
• Provide contractor and subordinate facility assistance and oversight.
• Brief personnel at all levels on security topics.
• Coordinate with SAP security personnel to update security education curriculum.
• Conduct facility compliance reviews and monitor corrective actions.
• Investigate loss, compromise, or suspected compromise of sensitive information.
• Lead and mentor team members.
