Job summary

Bowhead seeks a Senior Security Specialist - Personnel Security with Special Access Program (SAP) experience to support the Joint Warfare Analysis Center (JWAC) Security Support Services contract on-site at Naval Support Activity (NSP)-South Potomac (SP) in Dahlgren, VA. This position supports personnel security and other security-related tasks in support of the JWAC mission.

Must have Associate degree and 5+ years SAP personnel security experience; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associates Degree.
• Minimum of five years or more (5+) of SAP personnel security experience.
• Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite products to include Outlook, MS Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as Adobe Acrobat for PDFs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and/or review PARs in JADE for accuracy and access eligibility.
• Process annual SAP self-reporting forms and report unfavorable/derogatory information.
• Coordinate and process visit requests, badge requests and authorizations, area accesses, and security incidents.
