Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its SAP Security and GRC practice in the United States. You will design, implement, and support SAP security controls across various SAP environments while guiding clients through transformation initiatives.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams, and ongoing learning in SAP security, GRC tools, and industry best practices. A hybrid work model is offered with significant client interaction.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience supporting SAP Security and/or SAP GRC engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/InfoSec or related field (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Design, Build, Test, and Deploy for SAP Application Security across ECC, S/4HANA, FIORI, ARIBA, HCM, or SuccessFactors.
• Experience with SAP GRC Access Control (e.g., v12) and IAM integrations (Saviynt, SailPoint, SAP IAG).
• Experience with SoD and Critical Action rules, access provisioning, and emergency access processes.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with guidance.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%; valid U.S. driver’s license and passport.

Responsibilities

• Support design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Application Security and GRC across SAP environments.
• Assist SAP transformation initiatives including S/4HANA and cloud SAP Solutions under guidance.
• Perform security role design, user provisioning, access reviews, and SoD analysis.
• Support SAP audit activities, including evidence collection and remediation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document security processes.
• Contribute to deliverables, workpapers, and client-facing documentation.
• Work within onshore and offshore delivery models on projects.
