Job summary

Infosys Consulting in Europe is seeking an experienced SAP Security/GRC Consultant to help global clients strengthen SAP security, implement GRC solutions, and drive project delivery. You will lead assessments, design roles and access controls, and support audits while collaborating with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders across industries.

5+ years of consulting and 3+ end-to-end SAP GRC projects are expected.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of consulting experience.
• 3+ years SAP Security and GRC consulting with multiple end-to-end implementations.
• Hands-on with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA Security.
• Strong SAP GRC Access Control experience (Access Risk Analysis, Emergency Access Management, Access Request Management).
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Knowledge of SOX, GDPR, HIPAA and IT governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Security and GRC assessment, design, and implementation projects for clients across industries.
• Conduct workshops and requirements gathering sessions with clients.
• Configure SAP security roles, authorizations, and GRC components.
• Develop and enforce SoD policies to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
• Deliver SAP Security and GRC gap analyses, risk assessments, and remediation plans.
• Support audits with documentation, reports, and access reviews.
• Provide strategic advice on SAP security best practices and compliance frameworks.
• Collaborate with Basis, functional consultants, and IT auditors to implement secure SAP landscapes.
• Conduct end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
