Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is hiring a Senior SAP Security & GRC Engineer for a 100% remote, full‑time role in the United States. You will design and operate SAP security, including GRC Access Control and Process Control, to support SOX, GxP, and PCI compliance across S/4HANA, ECC, BW/4HANA, and Fiori.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of SAP Security experience, strong role design skills, and hands-on experience with cloud SAP apps and IDM/IAM tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 5+ years of SAP Security / GRC experience in enterprise landscapes.
• Hands-on SAP authorization concepts and role design.
• Experience with SAP GRC Access Control components (ARA, ARM, BRM, EAM).
• Experience supporting SAP audits and remediation activities.
• Hands-on security for Fiori, BTP, and cloud SAP apps.
• Familiarity with SAP IDM or third‑party IGA tooling.
• Knowledge of SOX, GxP, PCI regulations.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain SAP authorization concepts and role structures.
• Build master and derived SAP roles for S/4HANA, ECC, Fiori.
• Configure and operate SAP GRC Access Control components.
• Perform segregation-of-duties analysis and remediation.
• Configure user provisioning workflows in SAP GRC ARM.
• Operate SAP GRC Process Control for continuous monitoring.
• Implement security for Fiori and SAP cloud apps.
• Support SAP audits and provide remediation plans.
• Maintain comprehensive technical runbooks and docs.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge.
