Job summary

Implico Group is seeking a Senior SAP SDM Consultant to lead Order-to-Cash and downstream distribution workstreams across SAP S/4HANA transformation, implementation, and support projects. You will advise customers on process design, solution architecture, and SAP best practices while leading requirements workshops, functional solution design, testing, and deployment activities.

You will work closely with customers, Solution Architects, developers, and product teams to deliver scalable solutions

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP consulting experience.
• Strong SAP SD and Order-to-Cash expertise.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC.
• Experience leading SAP implementation workstreams and customer workshops.
• Knowledge of SAP MM/FI integration, interfaces, enhancements, and ABAP-based solutions.
• SAP SDM, S4SCSD, OGSD, and/or SAP IS-Oil experience.
• Industry experience in Oil & Gas, Fuel Distribution, Logistics, or Downstream Operations.
• Knowledge of specialized downstream processes such as buy-back, dealer, or consignment models.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate, Clean Core, Fiori, or SAP BTP.
• Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• SAP certification is a plus.

In this role, you will advise customers on process design, solution architecture, and SAP best practices while leading requirements workshops, functional solution design, testing, and deployment activities. You will work closely with customers, Solution Architects, developers, and product teams to deliver scalable solutions based on SAP SD, SDM, and related business processes.

• Lead requirements gathering, fit-to-standard workshops, and solution design sessions
• Design and implement SAP SD, Order-to-Cash, and downstream distribution solutions
• Translate business requirements into functional and techno-functional specifications
• Drive end-to-end process design across SAP SD, SDM, MM, FI, and related integrations
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and customer stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
• Lead testing, deployment, go-live, and hypercare activities
• Analyze interfaces, enhancements, integrations, and custom solutions to troubleshoot complex business scenarios
• Manage workstream scope, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
• Mentor consultants and contribute to customer enablement, proposal development, and best practice initiatives

7+ years of SAP consulting experience

Strong SAP SD and Order-to-Cash expertise

Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC

Experience leading SAP implementation workstreams and customer workshops
