Job summary

Machine Learning Technologies, LLC in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced SAP SD QA & Test Automation Lead to drive QA for a large SAP transformation program. You will lead QA strategy, implement risk-based testing, and establish automated regression using Panaya.

The role requires 8+ years in SAP with strong SD/OTC, S/4HANA, and QA leadership. You will coordinate testing across SAP modules and report on go-live readiness with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP experience.
• Strong hands-on SAP SD / OTC experience.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA experience.
• Significant SAP testing / QA leadership experience.
• Proven experience with SIT, UAT, regression and defect management.
• Experience with SAP test automation and regression testing.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end SAP SD processes and SD integration with Finance and other SAP modules.
• Experience working with integrated SAP landscapes and interfaces.
• Strong JIRA and Agile / Agile-hybrid experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall SAP QA and testing strategy.
• Apply strong SAP SD / OTC knowledge to support end-to-end business process testing.
• Lead SIT, UAT, regression and performance/volume testing as required.
• Establish risk-based testing approaches, quality gates and test standards.
• Lead test planning, execution, defect management and reporting.
• Use Panaya for structured test execution, evidence, defect management and automation.
• Assess and enhance existing SAP regression coverage.
• Develop a reusable, automated regression test pack using Panaya.
• Coordinate testing across SAP SD, Finance, Vistex and integrated systems.
• Support test data, environment and integration readiness.
• Work closely with functional, technical and business teams.
• Provide clear quality, risk and go-live readiness reporting.
• Support knowledge transfer and transition of QA assets into ongoing support.
