Job summary

North Point Technology in Novi, MI is seeking a Senior SAP SD Consultant to lead Order-to-Cash design, configuration, and support in S/4HANA. You will work with business stakeholders and technical teams onsite/hybrid to deliver end-to-end SAP SD/OTC functionality.

The role requires 10+ years of SAP SD experience, strong pricing/billing configuration, and hands-on EDI/IDoc know-how in manufacturing. Prior automotive/industrial exposure is preferred, with SAP S/4HANA Sales certification a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on SAP SD experience with at least one full-cycle S/4HANA implementation or ECC-to-S/4 conversion.
• Strong pricing, billing, and output determination configuration experience.
• EDI/IDoc experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP SD/OTC end to end: sales orders, pricing and condition technique, delivery, billing, returns, intercompany, third-party, and consignment.
• Run fit-to-standard workshops, document AS-IS and TO-BE processes, and recommend clean-core solutions.
• Write functional specs for RICEF objects and work with ABAP, integration, and Fiori teams through build and testing.
• Support EDI/IDoc integrations (ORDERS, ORDRSP, DESADV, INVOIC) and API-based interfaces.
• Configure and troubleshoot aATP, including product allocation and backorder processing.
• Lead SIT and UAT support, defect triage, and go-live readiness.
• Provide production support and root-cause analysis after go-live.
