Job summary

Luxoft Germany is seeking an SAP SD Functional Analyst to optimize Order-to-Cash processes through process mining and analytics. You will collaborate with data engineers to integrate SAP SD data into Snowflake and build Power BI dashboards that reveal key sales performance metrics.

The role requires hands-on experience with SAP SD, O2C, and analytics projects, plus strong stakeholder communication and UAT support.

Worked as an SAP SD Functional Analyst in a global Analytics and Data Engineering transformation program aimed at improving Sales & Distribution business processes through Process Mining, advanced analytics, and enterprise reporting solutions.Collaborated with business stakeholders to analyze and optimize the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process using Process Mining tools such as Celonis/Signavio. Gathered business requirements, documented functional specifications, and translated them into reporting and analytical solutions.Partnered with Data Engineering teams to extract and integrate SAP SD data into Snowflake Data Warehouse, enabling scalable reporting and data-driven decision making. Designed and validated KPIs, business metrics, and dashboards using Power BI to provide visibility into sales performance, order processing efficiency, billing accuracy, delivery performance, and process bottlenecks.Supported end-to-end project activities including requirement gathering, solution design, UAT, defect resolution, user training, deployment, and post-production support. Worked closely with cross-functional SAP teams including MM and FI to ensure data consistency and process alignment across the enterprise landscape.
