Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–7 years related experience
• SFPC counts towards 3 years of experience
• SPSC counts towards 5 years of experience
• Maximum equivalent experience for SPED Certifications is no more than 5 years
• Note: One year experience for each separate SPED Certification; not to exceed three (3) years

Responsibilities

• Classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence
• Assist in maintenance of a document accountability database and associated correspondence
• Processing inbound and outbound classified mail and receipt records
• Perform destruction of classified materials
• Process magnetic media for accountability
• Reproduction support for classified materials
• Maintain logs for administrative functions of document control
• Assist in processing inbound data and outbound data transfer files
• Maintain customer database contact listing
• Assist with research, processing, filing, and maintaining visit notices
• Escort facility visitors and logs
• Prepare facility access control badges
• Conduct entry and exit inspections
• Maintain facility access control systems and visitor logs
• Data entry to the Personnel Access Security System
• Maintain security files for personnel
• Follow customer procedures
• Provide security awareness training
• Provide leadership and mentoring to Team Members
• Review security clearance processing activities with government personnel
• Participate in SAP security compliance inspections
• Implement Top Secret Control for accountable material
• Prepare inbound/outbound classified mail and receipts
• Prepare and review PARs for accuracy and eligibility
• Execute SAP Nomination Process Questionnaires
• Conduct DCII/JPAS/SAPNP reviews of candidates
• Data entry in AFADS and maintain access information
• Perform indoctrinations
