Global Resource Solutions, Inc. is seeking aProgram Security Representative III to provide multi-discipline security support for SAPs and related activities in a demanding government environment.

You will ensure compliance with NISPOM, DCIDs/JAFANs, and related policies while guiding security education and day-to-day risk management. The role requires extensive experience, Top Secret/SCI eligibility, and the ability to travel within the AOR as needed.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) to twelve (12) years related experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related area or equivalent experience
• Must meet position and certification requirements outlined in DoD Directive 8570.01-M for Information Assurance Technician Level 2 within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Ensure strict adherence to the provisions of the NISPOM, its Supplement, the DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy
• Assist in developing and executing approved policies and procedures for safeguarding SAP, SCI and collateral data
• Provide day-to-day security support that includes continuous assessment of procedures to identify shortfalls and provide recommendations
• Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks to test, training, and operational activities
• Assist in developing, implementing, and training the Operations Security program
• Assist in providing contractor and subordinate facility assistance and oversight
• Brief all levels of personnel on security topics
• Conduct and document SAP facility compliance reviews, follow-on facility reviews, and facility close-outs
• Monitor, report and track all corrective actions from compliance reviews
• Ensure timely notification of security matters to program staff
• Coordinate with SAP security personnel to incorporate lessons learned into security education & awareness program
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and oversight of Team Members
