Job summary

Sawdey Solution Services is seeking a Special Security Representative (SSR) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The role supports SCI and SAP security programs in SCIF environments, providing day-to-day security management and guidance to program leadership and government security offices.The candidate will manage PAR, access, training, incident responses, and security reviews; with TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship. Telework is allowed when authorized, with hybrid arrangements.

Qualifications

• At least five years of recent, relevant security experience with SAP/SCI/SCIF programs.
• Ability to independently manage security activities and coordinate multiple security stakeholders.
• Experience with facility security procedures, audits, and accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead security program leadership and customer interface.
• Coordinate with PSO, SSO, GSSO, SSR, CSSR, and other security offices.
• Develop recommendations and monitor corrective actions for deficiencies.
• Translate security requirements into contract/program documents (CDRL, SOW, DD Form 254).
• Provide security input to program planning, reviews, and customer meetings.
• Lead or coordinate security-related studies, analyses, investigations, and projects.
