Job summary

KATBOTZ LLC is hiring an experienced SAP Business Process Consultant for remote work to drive transformation across SAP S/4HANA Cloud programs. You will partner with stakeholders, functional consultants, solution architects, and leadership to assess current processes, design future-state solutions, identify improvements, and ensure alignment with SAP standard capabilities and clean-core principles.

The role focuses on shaping end-to-end processes, leading Fit-to-Standard workshops, and guiding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years SAP consulting or business transformation experience.
• Experience with at least 2 SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end enterprise business processes.
• Experience conducting Fit-to-Standard workshops.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
• Experience documenting process flows, requirements, and business cases.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business process discovery and Fit-to-Standard workshops.
• Document current-state and future-state business processes.
• Analyze process gaps and opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Drive adoption of SAP Best Practices and standard processes.
• Challenge customizations and promote clean-core implementation.
• Design and optimize end-to-end processes across L2C, S2P, R2R, P2P, P2P, S2C.
• Facilitate cross-functional process alignment and integration.
• Support organizational change and business transformation initiatives.
• Support SAP Activate implementation methodology.
• Assist with testing strategy, UAT planning, and cutover activities.
• Help drive user adoption and process stabilization post-go-live.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and operational efficiency.
• Support SAP quarterly cloud release impact assessments.
• Leverage SAP Signavio and process analytics tools where applicable.
• Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence.
