Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA MM Consultant/Manager to lead end-to-end MM implementations across industries. You will drive procure-to-pay processes, optimize inventory management, and mentor junior consultants while coordinating design workshops and tests.

Role requires 5+ years of SAP MM/S/4HANA MM experience, multiple full cycles, and strong cross-functional integration knowledge with FI/CO, SD, and PP. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SAP MM and/or SAP S/4HANA MM experience in a consulting or client‑side functional role.
• Minimum 3 full-cycle SAP MM or SAP S/4HANA MM implementations, from blueprint and design through go-live, including at least one engagement in a functional lead capacity.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience/deep hands‑on expertise in SAP S/4HANA MM configuration, including purchasing, material master, account determination, valuation, output management, and inventory management.
• Minimum of 3 years experience/strong cross‑functional knowledge of SAP MM integration with FI/CO, including GR/IR clearing and account determination; SD, including intercompany processes; and PP, including MRP, planned orders, and subcontracting.
• Prior experience in Life Sciences Industry and/or clients and in an Advisory/Consulting role.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA MM implementations from blueprint and design through go-live and hypercare.
• Configure SAP S/4HANA MM components: purchasing org structures, material master, purchase info records, source lists, output management, and inventory management.
• Design and optimize procure-to-pay processes including requisitions, POs, goods receipts, MIRO/MIR4, and FI/AP integration.
• Facilitate design workshops to drive process alignment and configuration decisions.
• Lead SIT, UAT, and cutover planning; develop configuration workbooks, specs, and test scripts.
• Mentor junior MM consultants and build client capability throughout the engagement.
