Job summary

NTT DATA in Plano, TX is seeking a SAP S/4HANA MM (P2P) Functional Lead to drive requirements, configure MM modules, and oversee testing and cutover activities, focusing on Procure-to-Pay, inventory management, and master data.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of SAP functional consulting, deep S/4HANA/MM expertise, and lead experience to run fit/gap workshops, data migration, and cross‑functional integration with SD, FI/AP, PP, QM, WM/EWM, and Ariba.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of SAP functional consulting experience with focused expertise in SAP MM.
• Hands-on involvement in at least 2 full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations or rollouts.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori-based applications.
• Good understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Deep knowledge of S/4HANA architecture and MM/FI integration.
• Ability to read/write functional specs and collaborate with ABAP teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and fit/gap workshops for Procure-to-Pay, inventory, and master data.
• Configure SAP S/4HANA MM modules and related integration points.
• Oversight of testing: SIT and UAT, with cutover planning and hypercare support.
• Deliver end-user training and create process flows and documentation.
• Manage data cleansing, mapping, and migration for material, vendor, and transactional data.
