Qualifications

8+ years of experience supporting and maintaining a live SAP environment with a Bachelor's Degree or 6+ years of experience supporting and maintaining a live SAP environment with a Master's Degree
4+ years of hands-on SAP functional experience within cash management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functional areas
Experience with two or more areas of SAP FI/CO modules including, general ledger, project systems, asset accounting, cost center, accounting, margin analysis, product cost controlling
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA cash management, treasury, and risk management
Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Concur, TrinTech, or other account reconciliation software, ServiceNow, and GL Wand (InsightSoftware)
Experience in enterprise structure design and finance master data management
Demonstrated success with achieving results in complex situations
Ability to convert business needs into technical requirements and design robust technical solutions
Strong time management skills with ability to multi-task without compromising quality
Excellent communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions supporting integrated enterprise finance and operational processes
Provide functional leadership across end-to-end SAP business processes including Record to Report (RTR), Source to Pay (S2P), and Order to Cash (OTC), ensuring cohesive and efficient system capabilities across finance, procurement, and commercial operation
Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, workflow enhancements, and effective use of SAP S/4HANA functionality to improve efficiency, transparency, and data reliability
Build and maintain strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders, managing project timelines, deliverables, and expectations to ensure successful outcomes aligned with organizational goals
Lead solution delivery activities across the lifecycle including requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, testing coordination, deployment, and post-go-live support
Support ongoing software upgrades and maintain financial master data integrity, ensuring systems remain current, compliant, and aligned with evolving business needs
