Job summary

Deloitte's SAP Commodity Solutions team seeks an experienced Senior Consultant to lead trading transformation programs for commodity-intensive clients using SAP S/4HANA Commodity Management.

You will drive process and data analysis across the lifecycle, design SAP-enabled solutions, and lead workstreams with clients and Deloitte to deliver measurable value; travel up to 75% and a Bachelor's degree required; salary range $110,700–$218,300.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 4+ years implementing SAP Commodity Solutions or related platforms.
• Experience across the commodities trade lifecycle: deal capture, pricing, settlements, risk exposures.
• Experience with SAP-enabled processes for trading, logistics, and finance in downstream sectors.
• Ability to travel ~75% as needed.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead process and data analysis across the commodity trade lifecycle, focusing on S4 Commodity Solutions.
• Support design and implementation of SAP-enabled solutions for commodity trading companies across Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, Agriculture, and adjacent sectors.
• Analyze processes to identify value chain optimization, margin improvement, and stronger integration across trading, logistics, finance, and settlement activities.
• Translate business and technical requirements into S4 design and build.
• Lead workstreams with client stakeholders and Deloitte teams to align requirements, future-state designs, testing, and timelines.
• Develop client-ready deliverables, executive presentations, and pursuit materials communicating value and transformation outcomes.
